After GrubHub confirmed delivery, the restaurant also called to confirm the address and cross street. When the food didn't arrive by a half-hour past the promised time, we called to check in and were told it was almost here. Ten minutes later, they called back to say the kitchen actually kind of forgot to make our order.

They forgot to drinks with my order and didnt pack any napkins or utensils to eat the food with. When I called to make the complaint they told me that they dont pack utensils or napkins. Ive never known a restaurant to not pack those items for togo orders. Not everyone who orders delivery has a kitchen and dishware/silverware. Regardless, the managers tone and attitude were unacceptable for the service industry. As far as the food, the sweet n sour pork was soggy and the cashew chicken was flavorless. Their prices are more expensive in comparison to other much higher quality establishments. I will not order from the China Wok again.

Volcano wings were run of the mill but short ribs and loco moco were some of the best I've had. Would definitely recommend to Hawaiian BBQ enthusiasts.

Food that should have been hot was cold, and sushi was disturbingly warm and discolored - the seafood was definitely not fresh. Part of our order didn't show up and what arrived ended up in the trash. WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

IndianOrder placed on 10.15.08.Tonight, after a very long day, I decided to treat myself to an Indian meal, delivered. I placed the order online at 7:51pm. When I hadn't received the meal an hour later, I called and was told that I would have it in 10-15 minutes. When I didn't have it 15 minutes later, I called again, was put on hold, passed back and forth between two employees. After some unpleasantness, I told them they had five minutes to produce the food or they could consider the order cancelled. Believe me, I'm sorry I can't even comment on the food as I have yet to taste it. This place is a gamble if you want to eat the same night, folks.

IndianThis is quite possibly the WORST indian food i have experienced in SF, and I LOVE indian food. The delivery took forever and the benghan bartha was so over cooked it no longer resembled anything but the consistency of mashed potatoes. worse than that there was absolutely no flavor --- in indian food if you can believe it. I highly recommend tandoori mahal or india clay oven both of which share the same menu but have amazingly different food!

Order placed on 6.12.08.it took a while for the food to come but only because we live really far from the restaurant, but the food was amazing. it wasn't too greasy which is usually a fault of indian food. the appetizers however were really gross and fried. we will definately order again.
